1. We provide 1 year warranty for all our products. The beginning date of warranty is from the
purchased day. During the normal warranty period, any problems of hardware caused by the
products themselves, our company will repair for free.

2. Within warranty period, maintenance time is 3-5working days (peculiar circumstance exception)
3. Within warranty period the following situations will implement the paid service

a. Because of wrong installation, operation, or breakdown or damage (including surpasses working load) caused by operating under the working conditions which is not stipulated.

b. The injury is caused by demolition, repair and modification without the permission of our company.

c. Injury caused by natural and man-made force majeure or other force majeure after the purchase.
